1. Program Description
Integrity Roofing of Florida sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inspection and estimate requests, estimate and proposal follow-ups, scheduling coordination, job and service updates, and post-service check-ins or review requests. We do not send text messages based solely on an inbound phone call.
2. How You Opt In
All SMS communications require your explicit, affirmative consent. You may opt in by:
- Submitting a contact, inspection, or estimate request form on this website and checking the clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox (it is not checked by default);
- Providing your mobile number when booking an appointment through our online scheduling; or
- Giving your mobile number directly to our team so we can text you about a specific job.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. A typical service interaction involves 2–6 messages, including responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and post-service follow-up.

5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery partners (such as Twilio) may access your information solely to deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
